The Hirsch Apotheke is the second-oldest chemist shop in Aachen.

1683, its owner was one of the first to conduct intensive chemical tests of the contents of Aachen’s mineral water. The chemists then moved to Holzgraben street; today, the Hirschapotheke welcomes customers on the Theaterplatz square.
