The special and signature cuts produced especially for ABACCO'S are caramelized all over and served on the original Swiss steakhouse board on a hot stone. This ingenious cooking method allows guests to choose their own personal cooking point at any time. There are also three "husgmachti Sössli" and free house fries as much as you like, as well as a large selection of other delicious side dishes.
