Bronze sculptures by Prof. Wolfgang Binding
The Galerie am Elisengarten is currently showcasing bronze sculptures by Prof. Wolfgang Binding, one of Aachen’s most influential sculptors. The exhibition brings together small-scale sculptures and characteristic animal and figure motifs that demonstrate Binding’s keen sense of movement and posture. Developed from spontaneous sketches, the bronze works retain a special vitality. Many of the motifs are familiar sights in Aachen’s cityscape, while others invite visitors to rediscover Binding’s perspective on people and animals.
