Arrival & parking options
If you are travelling with a tour bus, please don't forget the environment zone, which is largely within the outer ring road around the city centre.
Tour bus parking in Aachen
Outside of events the bus parking lot at the Bendplatz is available (15,- € / 24 hours).
The bus parking lot at the Bendplatz is not available until the end of the year (except the time of the Aachen Christmas Market)!
Please note that the Bendplatz is not available as a car park during frost and snowfall due to a lack of winter services. Information on this can be obtained from the Eurogress Aachen.
In addition, there is another official and free coach parking lot in "Karmeliterstraße", which is usually available 24 hours a day. Please note that at the "Karmeliterstraße" only a maximum of two coaches can park at the same time.
At the "Sandkaulstraße" and the "Theaterplatz" there are two bus stops where parking with a parking disc is allowed for a maximum of 2 hours during the day (from 6 p.m. to 9 a.m. unlimited).
Attention: During the Aachen Christmas Market, the maximum parking time at the bus stop on Theaterplatz between 9:00 and 18:00 is only 20 minutes!
