In addition to currently 23 varieties of mustard, the Aachener Senfonie offers almost the same selection as the mustard mill in Monschau. This includes Eifel schnapps and liqueurs, wines, as well as special jams, Eifel honey, cheese, and meat products. Vinegars and oils complete the selection. A focus is on vegan and vegetarian spreads and pestos (many of which are organic). A few books are also available. All of these can be combined to create appealing gifts according to individual wishes.
