Tickets can buy visitors directly on site or in advance in the web shop at https://ticket-baeder.aachen.de/ to avoid waiting times.
There is a parking lot in the immediate vicinity of the outdoor pool. There are allowed to stand there for four hours on working days between 7 and 9 p.m. The hinge pond from the old town can also be easily reached with public transport.
The outdoor pool is barrier-free and has its own disabled changing rooms and a disabled lift.
