The Marienkapelle, popularly known as Roskapellchen, is the landmark of Aachen's Rosviertel.
The chapel was built in the 18th century by the well-known master builder Mefferdatis. Right next to it, the Streuengelchen awaits the Roskirmes, which takes place every year in the district to sprinkle sweets among the children as part of the local tradition.
