How do we prepare for a future that is becoming increasingly uncomfortable - but we want to help shape? One thing is clear: critical thinking, creativity, innovative ability and resilience are among the “Future Skills” that everyone has to acquire in order to be fit for the future. It is noticeable that it is no longer so much about factual knowledge that we will need, but to be able to deal with a wealth of facts and information confidently, to be able to make the selection and prioritization of the information well and to draw the right conclusions from it.
