Sunday guided tour in the Kunsthaus NRW

Sunday guided tour in the Kunsthaus NRW - every last Sunday of the month
Lovers of modern art get their money's worth here. In 1721 Count Hyacinth Alfons von Suys had the former monastery converted into a baroque lock. Today it belongs to the state of North Rhine -Westphalia and houses the Kunsthaus NRW with a collection of works of art from Rhenish Expressionism to the present. In the collection, works by famous artists such as Christian Rohlfs, Ernst Wilhelm Nay, Günther Uecker, Gerhard Richter, Joseph Beuys can be seen. A permanent exhibition provides information about the history of the Kornelimünster Reich Abbey. The monastery atmosphere makes the local exhibition a unique art experience.
