In the event of outstanding alternating exhibitions, the admission prices can be raised. Free entry for guests up to and including 21 years within the city region, people with disabilities with the letters "B" or "H" (including accompanying persons), owners of the Aachen Pass. Guided Tour En (60 or 90 min. Plus admission price): on weekdays (German-language) € 70.00 or € 105.00 Sunday /publications (German-language) 80.00 and € 120.00 on weekdays (foreign language) € 80.00 and € 120.00 Sunday /holiday (foreign language) € 90.00 and € 135.00
Price reduced for: students from the age of 21, trainees, owners of the volunteer passport/alumni card/spa cards, voluntary services, guests up to 21 years outside the city region of Aachen.
The town hall is in the middle of the old town. The main train station is about 15 minutes away on foot.
Barrier-free entry is granted via an elevator. To use the elevator, please contact the staff via the door intercom (to the right of the staircase) at the Marienturm.
