The listed former monastery building from the 18th century is located in the immediate vicinity of the train station and the city center of Eupen. The former monastery was completely converted into a modern and multifunctional seminar and event center for up to 300 guests with accommodation options for up to 76 people.

The seminar and event center offers a variety of usage options for your event or seminar. It has 5 seminar and meeting rooms for 2 to 300 people. All seminar rooms are equipped with the latest audio and video technology, which is included in the basic price. Room layout and seating are of course individually tailored to your needs.
The “Kloster Heidberg” is the ideal place for seminars and conferences with and without overnight stays in a stylish, pleasant atmosphere. Here you can work with concentration and relax with an after-work drink in the courtyard or in the monastery cellar bar. The jewel, the chapel, offers the perfect setting for events of all kinds, be it meetings, conferences, company celebrations, weddings or other festivities.
The “Heidberg Monastery” offers you numerous options for an entertaining supporting program on site or in the surrounding area, be it sporting, culinary or cultural.

chairs, sound and video technology as well as the inner courtyard, cloakroom, sanitary area and parking lot.
