The competition has no connection to Instagram and is not sponsored or promoted by Instagram. By participating, the user accepts the terms and conditions of participation.
Any natural person aged 18 or over residing in Germany is eligible to participate.
To participate, the participant must meet the following conditions:
- Become a follower of our Instagram channel @aachentourismus
- like the post
- and answer the question asked in the post in the comments.
Commenting multiple times does not .
The winner will be drawn at random and contacted via Instagram direct message after the competition has ended. The prize will be picked up by the winner at our office (Markt 45-47, 52062 Aachen) or provided via email or Instagram direct message.
If no response is received within 3 days or 72 hours after the winner has been notified, the right to the prize will expire. In this case, a new winner will be drawn and notified.
The winnings are neither transferable nor can they be exchanged or paid out in cash.
We reserve the right to shorten, change or completely cancel the competition at any time due to exceptional circumstances. We reserve the right to exclude participants from the competition.
