General Terms Cancellation fees:
All requests for cancellations are to be made in writing and are subject to a 15% cancellation fee. No refund will be processed for cancellations made after January 31, 2024.
The organizers have the right to change the agenda of the convention without prior notice.
By purchasing the ticket, the purchaser agrees to the use of images, video and audio material created during the convention for other purposes, unless this has been explicitly contradicted in writing in advance.
