POI
Jakobstrasse

Jakobstrasse is one of the oldest and most historic streets in the city.
It connects the center of Aachen with the Burtscheid district and is part of the historic route that pilgrims once took on their way to Santiago de Compostela. The street is characterized by a mix of historic buildings, charming old buildings and modern shops. The Jakobskirche, which gave the street its name, is particularly striking. Today Jakobstrasse is a lively place with a diverse mix of culture, gastronomy and retail.
