Do you feel it? It's like music. It is a lifestyle , a pleasure . We Aachen are carried by the sound of the 4 Amigos and many other carnival classics, new songs and prince songs for weeks . I ask myself whether the term "fifth season" expresses what it is? No, certainly not. It is pure life, love for tradition, for celebrations, for laughter, for home -and for "newcomers to Aachen" love for the stranger . It is the desire to dress up, perhaps also to assume another role. It is curiosity .
The most important thing? Relaxed, peaceful, authentic celebration - without constraints, fears and violence.

Fetting Thursday takes place for the first time a special party for children (and their accompaniment) up to teenagers . "Let's Fetz" from 11:11 a.m. in Kwartier 106 , Grüner Weg 106. At Barkis Kaffeevisite , the AKV children's carnival on Carnival Sunday, the whole family can also be exuberant and freely celebrated. Because everyone is sensitized in moments of relaxation - even for important messages!
