The theater was never just a building. It is a resonance room for what moves a city - yesterday as today. This episode is about reading this room together with the audience - with open eyes and open questions. The combination of performative formats and historical sources creates an unusually close access to the past. The history of this house is at the same time city history, everyday history and cultural history. The event leads the audience through three thematic stations in the large house:
 
↦ Audiovisual installation on building history : a multimedia tour through the architectural changes of the house and its eventful use over two centuries.
 
↦ Scenic topping -out ceremony : A theatrical intervention is reminiscent of the laying of the foundation stone and social expectations of such a place in the early 19th century.
 
↦ Cooperation with a school class : The students design the theater of the future. You can visit your new perspectives and approaches on the chamber stage. What can theater? What will it look like in the future, what will/ what will change?
