International Charlemagne Prize in Aachen
The Charlemagne Prize has been awarded in Aachen on Ascension Day since 1950.
The Charlemagne Prize honors personalities who have made a significant contribution to understanding and cooperation in Europe. The award ceremony will take place in private, but will be accompanied by a supporting program throughout the entire Ascension weekend.
