The former living quarters, kitchen and dining room of Baron de Selys de Fanson are the backdrop to the restaurant. The cozy interior, which contributes to a pleasant atmosphere and which the service team lets you experience too.
Memories of the past are awakened in the halls, while the dishes from our chef de cuisine and team are contemporary. The team cooks with ingredients from their own farm and from the region.
