Since 1958, the “Haus Monheim” has been the exhibition site for particularly impressive testimonies...

... upper middle-class living culture. The rooms form a harmonious ensemble of different furnishing styles from Rococo to Biedermeier.

A selection of magnificent silverware from the 18th century is presented in a large showcase. The more practical equipment in the kitchen indicates that the luxury drinks coffee, tea and chocolate also found their way into middle-class life in the 18th century. The impressive ballroom can also be rented for special celebrations such as weddings.
