In the event of outstanding alternating exhibitions, the admission prices can be raised. Free entry for guests up to and including 21 years within the city region, people with disabilities with the letters "B" or "H" (including accompanying persons), owners of the Aachen Pass. Price reduced for: students from the age of 21, trainees, owners of the volunteer passport/alumni card/spa cards, voluntary services, guests up to 21 years outside the city region of Aachen.
The newspaper museum is located in the middle of the old town.
There is an elevator in the museum that makes the permanent exhibition, the temporary exhibition, the ticket office and the shop accessible. Every room in the permanent exhibition has info points with installed audio guides. Guide dogs are allowed to enter the museum.
