Every spa town also needs a spa park. In Burtscheid this has often changed in size and use over time. The thermal water originally flowed in the Burtscheider Valley, but due to the pumping out of the rose spring, most of it has dried up or been built over. In the center of the spa park there are now the Kurpark terraces, which can be used as a restaurant or as a place for events with a beautiful view of the spa park.
