What does a general director need whose contract extension is endangered and whose operation is crumbling and baking at all corners? Of course a great success! A new piece! It is best for an emerging young author and directed by a successful young director - this is how the hearts of local cultural policy will certainly be regained. Such a director can lose sight of this that his chief dramaturge is planning a coup against him. And that is just one of many locations and herds of crisis in this theater farce, in which everyone only thinks in themselves and lose their employees in small people.
