Aachen's Kennedy Park covers approximately 52,000 square meters.

The park, named after US President John F. Kennedy, was acquired by the city of Aachen in 1961. The former military site was converted into a green area. Eight remaining columns from the so-called “Yellow Barracks” now form the entrance area to the complex. There are playgrounds for children and there is also a skate park.
