General Terms Cancellation fees:
If a written cancellation (e-mail to info@icnce-2024.de ) is received before May 15, 2024, the conference fee will be refunded minus a cancellation fee of € 40. If a cancellation is received between May 15 and June 3 , 2024, 50% of the appropriate fees will be refunded. Thereafter no refunds are possible. All refunds will be made after the conference.
