NetAachen cathedral jumping
The NetAachen Domspringen is the most spectacular sporting event in Aachen's summer.
Björn Otto jumped a German record in the pole vault of 6.01 meters at the Aachen Cathedral Jump in 2012. He still holds this record today, even after the end of his career. The meeting in Aachen is already known far beyond the city limits and attracts numerous stars of the pole vaulting scene and spectators to the Aachen Katschhof every year.
