Aachen Bach Days
Aachen Stream Days 2026
With the Aachen Bach Days, a music festival of national significance initiated in 1974 by Johannes Geffert, the Aachen Bach Society, in collaboration with the Protestant parish as the organizer, presents a special artistic program each year at the end of the year. The concert series places the works of Johann Sebastian Bach in both a music-historical and extra-musical context. Featuring Baroque and chamber music, cantatas and oratorios, organ music and orchestral concerts, jazz improvisation, and avant-garde works, the Aachener Bachtage offers a sophisticated and varied musical program every year.
