As part of the Weimar Triangle’s anniversary celebrations, the Institut français Aachen, in cooperation with Meffis Aachen, invites you to the first evening of the new event series “European Cultural Evenings in Aachen.” Over the course of three evenings, the focus will be on Germany, France, and Poland.

The series kicks off on September 25 with a French-German evening.

The Bousculaires will provide the music with a concert. The Bousculaires are the “Dirty Decadent Electro” alter ego of the rock band Anatomie Bousculaire. Their sound combines organic, psychedelic, and melodic elements with new wave and punk—an energetic mix that invites listeners to break free from familiar musical boundaries and let their own anatomy get thoroughly “bousculé.”

The European Cultural Evenings are aimed at anyone who wants to get to know Europe better, discover new perspectives, and engage in conversation with others—regardless of prior knowledge or language skills.

The “European Cultural Evenings in Aachen” are supported by the “Europa-Schecks” state initiative of the Minister for Federal and European Affairs, International Affairs, and Media, and Head of the State Chancellery of North Rhine-Westphalia.
