Literary Summer
The German-Dutch Literature Festival is celebrating its 27th anniversary!
Once again this year, “Literarische Sommer/Literaire Zomer” is bringing literature to extraordinary locations on both sides of the German-Dutch border.
The program includes over 50 events featuring 30 authors in 19 cities. Between July and September, readings, literary walks, and discussions with authors from Germany, the Netherlands, and Flanders invite you to a cross-border festival, spanning cities and rural regions, where literature meets the world: right in the heart of life, out in the summer!

In addition to the price of the festival ticket, there is a fee of €1 per event.
Reduced admission for:schoolchildren, college students, guests with a disability ID card, and their accompanying person.
