The Monschau Marathon is a real masterpiece. With an elevation gain of 767 meters, it is one of the most challenging races in Germany—and also one of the most beautiful. The route takes runners through unique natural surroundings, past picturesque stream valleys, across the wide meadows of the Eifel and right through the historic old town of Monschau.
