Yoga at the Museum
Cobra, Warrior, Sun Salutation: A museum visit has never been this relaxing.
Under the expert guidance of a museum docent and a yoga instructor, participants will view works of art from a new perspective at various stations throughout the museum. Combined with corresponding yoga sequences, this is designed to create a unique art experience. Everyone is welcome to participate; no prior yoga experience is required.
At each session, one or two new works of art will be presented along with a corresponding yoga exercise.
