Your Event in Our Calendar

As a general rule, we include events in the EUREGIO region that are of interest to tourists in our event calendar. Events outside this region are not included. We reserve the right to exclude events with political, religious, or otherwise inappropriate content from publication.

Once they have been successfully reviewed, submitted events will appear both on our website, www.aachen-tourismus.de, and in our digital travel planner, Charlie.

Please let us know about any subsequent changes via email.

At least one event image is required for publication. Events without an image cannot be published. Please use a descriptive image in landscape orientation whenever possible. Flyers, posters, or text-only graphics are not suitable as cover images.

All submitted data will be reviewed by the editorial staff prior to publication. This may take some time. There is no guarantee of publication.

By submitting this form, you confirm that you consent to the publication of the event and that the data you have submitted is free of third-party rights. This also applies to the image files you have submitted. Images without a copyright notice or with a questionable copyright notice will not be published. Photos of poor quality will also not be published. We recommend using landscape-oriented images.

The organizer and/or, if the organizer is an organization, its representative(s) are responsible for the data submitted under their name and for its legal admissibility. The registrant expressly declares that he or she indemnifies aachen tourist service e.v. against all claims asserted by third parties arising from or in connection with the posted event. The organizer and, in the case of an organization, its representative, are jointly liable with their organization for any violations (such as violations of image rights). Therefore, aachen tourist service e.v. makes no guarantees and assumes no liability for information provided by third parties, particularly with regard to its timeliness, accuracy, completeness, or quality.

In the form, you will be asked to select a license for your event details and images. By choosing an appropriate Creative Commons license, you allow your event information to be shared with Data Hub NRW free of charge.

By sharing your information, your event and the accompanying images can not only appear on our own channels but also be featured on numerous other tourism platforms, information systems, and digital applications. This will increase the visibility of your event and help you reach potential visitors far beyond the region.

What is the Data Hub NRW?

The Data Hub NRW aggregates tourism data from across North Rhine-Westphalia to provide visitors with tourism information quickly and easily, regardless of the delivery channel. This is based on machine-readable data stored in a structured database with open interfaces.

Centralized management and standardized quality criteria significantly improve data quality and usability in North Rhine-Westphalia. In addition, the Open Data Finder NRW enables service providers, platforms, and service providers to offer their customers up-to-date, high-quality information and to develop innovative services.
