Centaur – Man and Horse
Film screening in conjunction with the World Equestrian Games
While equestrian sports are being celebrated this summer with the World Equestrian Games in Aachen, the Ludwig Forum is presenting a film installation on a related theme. Under the titleCentaur(a hybrid creature from Greek mythology combining a horse and a human), two short films will be shown on a large projection screen in the museum’s central exhibition hall, each exploring the theme of humans and horses in very different ways. They will be shown in a continuous loop and are accessible to all visitors during the museum’s regular opening hours.

Admission is free for children 6 and under, visitors up to and including age 21 who reside in the city of Aachen or the Aachen metropolitan area, apprentices employed by the city of Aachen, people with disabilities and their companions, and Aachen Pass holders.
Reduced price for: Students aged 21 and over, trainees, visitors up to and including the age of 21 living outside the city of Aachen & city region, holders of an honorary pass and spa card holders.
