The competition is not affiliated with Instagram and is not sponsored or promoted by Instagram. By participating, the user accepts the terms and conditions.
Any natural person aged 18 or over who is resident in Germany is eligible to participate.
To participate, the participant must meet the following conditions:
- Follow our Instagram channel @aachentourismus
- like the post
- and answer the question posed in the post in the comments.
Multiple comments do not increase your chances of winning.
The winner will be selected at random and contacted via Instagram Direct Message after the contest ends. The prize will be picked up by the winner in person at our office (Markt 45-47, 52062 Aachen) or provided via email or Instagram Direct Message. The personal data processed for the purposes of administering and conducting the giveaway will be deleted once the giveaway has been fully completed and all processing has been finalized.
If no response is received within 3 days or 72 hours after the winner has been notified, the claim to the prize shall lapse. In this case, a new winner will be drawn and notified.
The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or paid out in cash.
We reserve the right to shorten, change, or completely cancel the competition at any time due to exceptional circumstances. We reserve the right to exclude participants from the competition.
