By participating, the user accepts the terms and conditions of participation.
Any natural person aged 18 or over who is resident in Germany is eligible to participate.
Employees of ats, their relatives, and persons involved in the project are excluded from participation.
To participate, the participant must meet the following conditions:
- Filling out the questionnaire
- Study at a college/university
Filling out the questionnaire multiple times does not increase your chances of winning.
Participation is free of charge and independent of the purchase of goods or services.
The winner will be selected at random and contacted by email after the competition has ended. The prize must be collected in person by the winner from our office (Markt 45-47, 52062 Aachen).
If no response is received within 3 days or 72 hours after the winner has been notified, the claim to the prize shall lapse. In this case, a new winner will be drawn and notified.
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or paid out in cash.
We reserve the right to shorten, change, or cancel the competition at any timefor important reasons(e.g., force majeure, technical malfunctions, or legal reasons). We reserve the right to exclude participants who violate these terms and conditions from the competition.
The personal data collected as part of the competition (email address) will be processed exclusively for the purpose of conducting the competition (e.g., to notify the winners).
Once the competition has ended, the data will be deleted unless there are legal obligations to retain it.
