of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory. You can also send us another clear declaration electronically to the address fibu@aachen-tourismus.de. If you make use of one of these options, we will immediately send you a confirmation of receipt of such a revocation (e.g. by e-mail). To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of Cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs, without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your cancellation of this contract. We will use the same payment method for this refund that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will we charge you any fees in connection with this refund.
