Admission prices may be increased for outstanding temporary exhibitions. Free admission for guests up to and including 21 years of age within the city region, people with disabilities with the letters "B" or "H" (incl. accompanying persons), holders of the Aachen Pass. The newspaper museum is located in the heart of the old town.
There is an elevator in the museum that provides access to the permanent exhibition, the temporary exhibition, the ticket office and the store. Each room of the permanent exhibition has info points with installed audio guides. Guide dogs are allowed to enter the museum.
